Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests in the beautiful Wood River Valley. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we’ve put together some important guidelines. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, understanding our policies will help you make the most of your time with us. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund policy:

The primary function of a paid reservation is to guarantee your booking and prevent the allocation of your reserved space to another guest. Please be advised that we are unable to provide refunds for any changes to travel plans.

Please be advised that all refunds are contingent upon the conditions outlined in the cancellation policy provided above. Management retains the right to exercise discretion in all cancellation and refund matters.

The guest's debit/credit card account utilized at the time of reservation may be subject to a $50 fee for the following reasons: a) failure to disconnect from all utility services provided by the park; b) failure to relocate their vehicles from the RV site to the nearest exit leading to the public roadway; c) failure to restore the site to its original condition at the time of rental.

Please be advised that cancellation procedures for bookings made through third-party channels or group arrangements may vary from our standard cancellation policy.

Nightly Guests (less than 28 nights):

2+ DAYS NOTICE: Full refund if prior to arrival, minus applicable processing fees.

0-2 DAYS NOTICE: No refund. Guest will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.

Please be advised that we do not provide refunds for early departures during nightly stays. Refunds or credits for extenuating circumstances, such as inclement weather, health issues, or mechanical problems, are subject to management's discretion.

Monthly/Long-term Guests (more than 28 nights):

LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE: Rent payments are required for the entire 30-day notice period. Refunds will be processed only for any overpayments on the account after the aforementioned charges have been processed.

Terms & Conditions

1. On-Site Staff Hours

  • Staff are available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 24/7 for emergencies.

  • Riverside RV Park is contactless; check-in and check-out can be completed without front desk interaction.

  • Guests are welcome to visit staff during operating hours for local recommendations.

2. Payment

  • Monthly Reservations: Auto-pay and a card kept on file is required and will be processed on the first of each month - the five day grace period for monthly payments has been discontinued.

  • Daily / Weekly Reservations: Full payment is due upon booking your reservation.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 1:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 11:30 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are available for a $20 fee, subject to availability.

4. Identification

  • A copy of a state-issued ID or driver’s license will be requested upon booking.

5. RV Requirements

  • RV must be street legal, properly licensed and in good condition.

  • Exterior must be clean and there shall be no dents, stains, discolorations, and no broken glass, doors or trim. No foil, non-standard blinds or drapery are allowed. Reflective type material cannot be installed on the exterior of your windows.

  • RV skirting must be approved by resort management before use. Skirting must be designed for RV use and should be in pristine condition. Foam insulation boards and plywood skirting will not be permitted.

6. Parking / Vehicles

  • On-Site Parking: Two vehicles plus RV are allowed per RV site. Do not block any road ways. Do not park on grass areas or in any empty sites.

  • Parking Etiquette: Please park as close to your trailer and off the road as you can. Please respect neighbors.

  • Monthly Stays: No boat, utility, commercial, cargo or auto trailers may be parked in the RV site or on resort property.

  • Vehicles: Must be currently registered, in good running order and operated by a licensed driver. Vehicle cannot leak oil or other fluids on its parking surface. Issues such as flat tires, dead battery, broken windows or if vehicles deemed to be in general poor condition, including exterior, may not be parked within the RV resort.

  • Maintenance: No major mechanical work or maintenance service can be performed on motor vehicles within the resort. In-resort RV repairs or mobile RV services must be approved by resort management.

  • Any vehicle parked illegally is subject to being towed (at owner’s expense).

7. Weatherization

  • For Monthly stays - Proper weatherization of your rig will be required if using water and sewage during Winter season – November thru February.

8. Facilities / Hours

  • Restrooms / Showers: 24/7 Access

  • Facilities are here for your convenience and registered guests only. Please do your best to leave them as you found them. Please avoid use during posted cleaning hours. If you find a problem with the facilities, please let management know as soon as possible.

9. Pets

  • 2 Pet Maximum

  • Service Animals: Allowed; please notify staff in advance.

  • Pet Rules: Pets must not be left unattended and leashed at all times. Pet waste is to be picked up and disposed of immediately. Pet owner is solely responsible for any damages done to a person or property by pet. Aggressive or excessively barking dogs will not be allowed to remain in the RV resort. A credit/debit card will be held for any damages or additional cleaning required.

10. House Rules

  • Speed Limit: 5 MPH or below within the resort

  • No Smoking: Smoking anywhere other then your spot is prohibited. Please respect your neighbors.

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Parties: Not permitted. Violations may result in fines.

  • Open Campfires: Not permitted. Manufactured outdoor cooking charcoal and propane grills are permitted.

  • Cleanliness: No appliances may be used or stored outdoors with the exception of outdoor cooking equipment. Only customary outdoor patio/lawn furniture may be left outside. No clotheslines allowed.

  • Utilities: If your RV experiences an electrical, water, or sewage issue resulting in problems with the resort's hookups, you will be held responsible for the associated repair costs, service call fees, and any resulting damages.

  • Firearms: Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. No open carry of firearms is permitted within the resort.
  • No criminal or drug related activity in or near the park will be tolerated.

  • Alcoholic beverages are to be contained within your site and not allowed in the facilities. Drunkenness or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate eviction. Excessive noises, nuisances and loud stereos of park guests or their visitors will not be tolerated.

  • Guest Responsibility: Riverside RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or stolen/damaged items on the property.

  • Minimum Age: Travelers must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

  • General Respect: Observe and obey all posted signage throughout the resort. Guests are expected to help maintain the RV Resort’s cleanliness and respect staff and other guests. Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons within the park. Obnoxious, profane, abusive or threatening language, behavior and/or actions directed at the park’s personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our property is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the park immediately without a refund at the sole discretion of park management.

11. Policy Enforcement

  • Any violations of these guidelines, policies, rules and regulations may result in the termination of your stay and applicable fees.

Additionally, park management reserves all rights to terminate guests’ stay for any reason. Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final.

The park reserves the right to disconnect utilities in order to facilitate repairs, alterations or additions. Guests will be notified, when possible, of any planned utility system shutdown. The Resort shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by any guest from planned or unplanned shutdowns or outages.

Maintenance and cleaning of park grounds will be performed routinely. This may include cleaning, mowing or weeding in and around RV stalls by park staff or contractors, with or without prior notice. The park reserves the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or resort facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged sewer connections, landscaping, etc.

Management is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Riverside RV Park absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Elevate Bellevue LLC from all such liability.

Violation of these guidelines, policies, rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to Riverside RV Park property or threaten the safety of park guests will result in the termination of your stay.

Riverside RV Park retains the right to alter and modify any of the Guidelines, Policies, Rules and Regulations in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all participants.
